Michaelmas Term Week 1

We start our season with a bang, with four OURFC teams taking to the turf this week!

The Women*s Blues get their BUCS campaign underway under the lights of Iffley Road against Swansea on Wednesday 16th October. Alex Wilkinson will lead her side out for a 6:00pm kick off on their first test on home soil after their recent tour to the USA. Tickets are free to everyone and can be reserved here.

The Men*s Blues travel to the Richmond Athletic Ground to take on a Richmond Select XV on the same day (Wednesday 16th October) kicking off at 7:30pm. This is a fantastic chance for our London based alum to reunite and come see Luke Wyllie’s 2024/25 Blues in action. The bar will be open at the RAG and tickets are free to everyone, they can be reserved here.

Finally it is the turn of the Greyhounds and Whippets. On Friday 18th October at 7:00pm the Whippets (Men*s 3rd XV) take on local rivals, Oxford Brookes, at the Horspath Athletic Ground. Then on Saturday 19th, the Greyhounds get their season underway as they take on Loughborough University in University Parks, kick off at 2:00pm.
