OURFC announces new partnership with AlphaSights Ltd

Oxford University Rugby Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with AlphaSights for the 2026/27 season.

The partnership will connect AlphaSights with OURFC’s Men’s and Women’s players and the wider Oxford University community, creating opportunities for students to engage directly with the AlphaSights team and learn more about careers within the organisation.

AlphaSights is a global leader in knowledge on-demand, connecting investors and business leaders with the expert insights they need to make informed decisions. With offices around the world, the company provides a range of career opportunities for ambitious graduates looking to begin their careers in a fast-paced, international environment.

As part of the partnership, AlphaSights will have a visible presence at Iffley Road alongside dedicated exposure across OURFC’s digital channels and wider network.

A key focus of the partnership will be direct engagement with current Oxford students. AlphaSights opportunities will be shared with members of both the Men’s and Women’s squads, while the two organisations will work together to create opportunities for players to meet and engage directly with the AlphaSights team.

This will include a dedicated OURFC x AlphaSights post-training event at Iffley Road, bringing together members of the Men’s and Women’s squads with the AlphaSights team in an informal setting to learn more about the organisation, graduate careers and future opportunities.

Scott Hall, Head of Partnerships at Oxford University Rugby Football Club, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome AlphaSights into the OURFC partner network. From our first conversations, there has been a real focus on making this partnership valuable for our players and creating opportunities beyond rugby.

Connecting our Men’s and Women’s players with leading organisations and providing opportunities to build relationships and explore future careers is something we’re really keen to develop. We’re looking forward to welcoming the AlphaSights team to Iffley Road and building a long-term partnership together.”

Elizabeth Nowak, Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AlphaSights, said:

“We’re really looking forward to getting to know OURFC players throughout Michaelmas and sharing more about life at AlphaSights and the opportunities available in our Client Service team.

Whether you’re already thinking about a career in business or just curious to find out more, we’d love to meet you! We’ll be around throughout the term to chat, get to know players, and share how AlphaSights can be a great starting point for an exciting commercial career."

OURFC looks forward to welcoming AlphaSights to Iffley Road and working together throughout the season.
