What's on at OURFC in Hilary Term week 4

Week 4 of Hilary Term sees a quieter week for OURFC as attention for 5 of the 6 teams starts to turn towards their respective Varsity Matches. There is still one team in action with the Men's Blues playing their final home game of the season ahead of the Varsity Matches on Saturday 28th February. General admission for Friday Night Lights are available to buy in advance here, you can also sign up for the pre-match dinner here. Tickets will also be available on the door, with gates opening at 6pm. Last season saw a cracker with the Blues coming out on top 24-12, with tries from Tom Mewes, Ben Hartigan, Danny Stokes and Wolfe Morn. Read the full match report here.

On Saturday 14th February, we are delighted for Iffley Road plays host to the 46th Rugby League Varsity Match, tickets are available to purchase in advance here or on the gate. The Pavilion will be open and showing the two 6 Nations matches that day. Ireland v Italy kicking off at 2:10pm and Scotland v England at 4:40pm.

Don't forget that we still have two more big events scheduled for Iffley Road. Firstly the Cats Varsity Day on Sunday 22nd February. Iffley Road will see the Women*s Pumas (3rd XV) and Panthers (2nd XV) take on their Cambridge counterparts, kicking off at 12:30pm and 3pm respectively. Tickets are available in advance here as well as on the gate.
Then on Saturday 21st March we see international rugby return to Iffley Road with England U19 take on Japan National High School Team (U19), kicking off at 2pm. Last year the England team boasted the likes on Noah Callouri, so be sure to come down and sees England's future super stars. The event is highly likely to sell out so ensure you get your tickets online and in advance here.
