The OURFC Greyhounds were promised 'an abroad tour' back in September. On the 6th of December they departed from London in a northly direction to the distant lands of Edinburgh, Scotland. The tour has been a great success so far with the boys indulging in some Scottish culture, climbing Arthur's Seat, jogging to Portabello beach for a winter dip and exploring some of the Gaelic bars. The tour has been a fantastic opportunity for a young group of lads to bond on and off the field and will be a huge building block in their Varsity campaign. The tour culminated in an excellent fixture against the Edinburgh 'tways' on the Friday night. The Greyhounds put out a valiant performance and narrowly missed out on a victory by seven points. There will be more information on the game in a match report which will come out shortly.
