Season Tickets FAQ
After you buy your season ticket through FIXR, you will need to go through and choose your seats for each match. You can do this at any time, up to kick off of each match, but it's a good idea to secure your tickets early in case we sell out our seated tickets. Likely sell out matches are Saracens, Harlequins, Brookes, and Major Stanley's.

Go to www.ourfc.org/tickets

Choose your season ticket. Some people are eligible for a Concession price season ticket. These are:

Over 60s

Students with valid student ID

University and college staff with a Bod Card

Blue Badge holders.

Follow the instructions in the FIXR pop-up to buy your season ticket.

Once you have completed payment for your season ticket, go to www.fixr.co/organiser/OURFC

Click Sign In in the top right-hand side of the screen. This will load the season ticket you just bought into your account.

Click on the first match, Blues vs Easts. Click the red Tickets button.

Click View Passes at the top of the screen.

On the right hand side, your season ticket will pop up. Click Use This Pass.

This will make all the Adult (or Concession, if you have a Concession season ticket) tickets show as FREE. Choose your ticket, then click Reserve on the right hand screen.

Fill in the information in the next screen, and click Confirm at the bottom. This is your seat booked!

Follow these steps again for each match. You can do them all in one go, or book your seats closer to the time. Your season ticket will allow you to book 10 tickets, one for each match this season.
