Oxford and Kobe Rugby Links Continue
The links between Oxford and Kobe rugby have been very strong ever since the Japanese company Kobe Steel started to look to recruit Oxford graduate rugby players from the late 1970s onwards. “In the December of 2024, following a couple of epileptic seizures, I was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour which has a typical prognosis of 1-5 years.
