On
the 30th of October, Streety will turn 29, making him the second
oldest in the squad. Hardly surprising considering he has been
here 5 years now!! After completing his Mechanical Engineering
Degree at the University of Bath, Streety began an MSc in Software
Engineering at Oxford. The course is part time which allows
him home to work happily in the labourforce and buy beers for
the rest of the team…. well some day!
Streety got his Blue last year coming off the bench in dramatic
fashion to come within inches of scoring what could have been
the wining try. He has played for Bath RFC, Plymouth RFC, and
South West U21s back his younger years, but more recently he
has represented England Students and England Universities.
Streety also claims he used to swim at National Level, and
competed in County Waterpolo events. His other claim to fame
is his “Mean Macarrana”
“KISS – Keep It Stupid Simple.”
