A new arrival at Oxford, Paul is undertaking an M. Phil in Social Anthropology. Originally from Belfast, he completed his undergrad BA (Hons) degree in Sociology and Social Policy at Trinity College Dublin before taking up a professional contract in France.

Laff represented Ulster U20’s and Development and was also selected for Irish Universities during his time on the “other side” before moving full-time to C.A.P.D. in France. Also a fine cricketer, Paul is renowned for his pinch-hitting abilities and delicate wrist spinners, skills that were honed in his time in the Irish Academy.

The art of wine tasting (and drinking) list amongst his favourite pastimes, along with snowboarding in the French Alps and reading.
