Ali graduated from the University of West of London with honours in Physiotherapy. He is now reading for a M.Sc in the science and Medicine of Athletic performance.

AJ began his rugby career at Grove RFC, before moving on to the Bristol Shoguns, and most recently, the Henley Hawks. His other sporting interests of boxing and athletics have stood him in good stead for his position in the centres or on the wing, where his robust and aggressive style of play has already impressed.

AJ enjoys travelling, and languages, and is fluent in French. And maybe the constant cheerfulness and good humour have something to do with the woman who is rumoured to be behind him…
