Coach Profiles |

| Steve has been Director of Rugby at Oxford since 1996.
This is his fourth visit to Japan with Oxford. Previously
he was coach at NEC Harlequins and Kent County. Steve
is a Senior RFU Coach and is also currently coach to England
Students U19's and U21's. He is a member of the Students
RFU Committee and the RFU Coaching Sub Committee. As a
player he represented Loughborough University RFC, Blackheath
RFC, Kent County and played for the Arabian Gulf in the
Hong Kong Sevens. |

| Paul has been coaching at OURFC for the last four seasons,
concentrating in particular on the Greyhounds XV. He is
a Level 3 RFU Coach. Previously he coached at Reading
RFC. He is the owner/editor of the largest rugby coaching
website, www.coachingrugby.com.
As a player Paul played for Welsh Schools, University
of Wales Institute, Cardiff and Newport RFC. |

| Eoin joined Premier Health & Sport Therapy to take over the physiotherapy for the Oxford University. He qualified with a first class degree in physiotherapy in 1999 following his first class degree in English and Philosophy in 1994. He has already obtained vast experience in both the public and private sector.
Eoin is a keen of Gaelic Footballer, but finds it difficult to get a lot of games on this side of the Irish Sea.
